• Backup and disaster recovery
• Managed IT support

Your Account

When you create an account with us:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You're responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services

Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use

We want to keep our platform safe and reliable for everyone. You agree not to use our services to:

• Send spam, phishing emails, or bulk unsolicited messages
• Host malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Engage in illegal activities or store illegal content
• Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property

• Consume excessive resources that impact other customers

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon invoice unless other terms are arranged
• We accept major credit cards and ACH payments
• Late payments may result in service suspension after notice
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Service Availability

We work hard to keep your services running smoothly:

• We target 99.9% uptime for hosting services
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice to protect the platform
• We're not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control

Your Content

You own your content. By using our services:

• You retain all rights to your websites, emails, and data
• You grant us permission to host and transmit your content as needed to provide services
• You're responsible for backing up your own data (though we provide backup services)
• You're responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws

Backups

While we perform regular backups as part of our services:

• Backups are provided as a courtesy and convenience
• We recommend maintaining your own independent backups
• We're not liable for data loss, though we'll do everything we can to help recover it

Cancellation

You can cancel your services at any time:

• Contact us via email or through your client portal
• Services remain active until the end of your billing period
• We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months
• Download your data before cancellation—we delete it after 30 days

Limitation of Liability

We stand behind our services, but to be clear:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months
• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We're not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond what's stated here

Indemnification

You agree to hold Simple Bridge Solutions LLC harmless from claims arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our portal or support request forms, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Simple Bridge Solutions LLC related to customer care and account notifications, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Message and data rates may apply
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
